Do you have any physical stores or stockists?

We're currently an online-only brand but are open to wholesale opportunities! If you want our styles in a boutique near you, let them know about Purest Form. Until then, enjoy risk-free shopping with free return shipping on orders over $100 (with the exception of clearance styles and accessories) in Canada. How is Purest Form different from fast fashion brands?

Purest Form is a slow fashion brand.  This means that we produce only small production runs that meet the needs of our current customer base.  Despite our efforts, there are sometimes still a few pieces left over and those get donated to local charity organizations so that no unworn Purest Form clothing ever ends up in a landfill. We are committed to making timeless quality clothing that you'll wear year after year. What currency will my order be processed in?

Accepted Answer

All payments are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you're shopping from outside Canada, you can view prices in your local currency using the dropdown menu at the top left of the screen. Note that currency conversion rates may vary daily. If you use PayPal, it will show the total in your currency before you complete the payment.

Where are your products produced?

While some of our styles are outsourced to small batch manufacturers in Toronto, many Purest Form pieces are produced right in our designer Tanya's home studio! No matter where our styles are made (in studio or at our manufacturing partners), ethical production is on our hearts.  It is so important that we keep as much of our business as local as possible in order to support our local economy, reduce our carbon footprint, and ensure that ethical working conditions as well as livable wages are provided to those who make our clothing.

Question 5

The item I want is sold out, will it be restocked?

Some of our most popular styles sell out quite quickly and when this is the case we do our best to reach out to our suppliers and manufacturers to secure a restock if at all possible.  If there is a specific style you are hoping to see restocked, click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page.
 
Part of our core values is a commitment to never over-produce clothing so that we don't contribute to the overwhelming amount of waste produced by the fashion industry. Producing our styles in small batches allows us to respond more quickly to ensure that we can make more of what you love as soon as we know how much you love it.

Can I exchange an item I purchased?

We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order at purestform.ca and email us at contact@purestform.ca to return the original item.
