Do you have any physical store locations or stockists?

We are currently an online-only brand but have recently opened to wholesale opportunities! If you'd like to see our styles carried in a boutique near you, let them know about Purest Form to help us make our way to your favourite shop! Until we reach a store near you, we want you to feel like your shopping to be as risk-free as possible. This is why return shipping on all items (except clearance items and accessories) in Canada is always free. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. How is Purest Form different from fast fashion brands?

Purest Form is a slow fashion brand. This means that we produce only small production runs that meet the needs of our current customer base. Despite our efforts, there are sometimes still a few pieces left over and those get donated to local charity organizations so that no unworn Purest Form clothing ever ends up in a landfill. We are committed to making timeless quality clothing that you'll wear year after year. In which currency will my order be placed?

All payments are processed in Canadian dollars, however if you are shopping from outside of Canada you may view prices in the currency of your country in the dropdown menu located in the upper left hand corner of your screen. Please note that this currency conversion may change daily based on currency market value. If you select Paypal to process your order, Paypal will provide you with the total in your country's currency prior to completing the payment process.
Where are your products produced?

While some of our styles are outsourced to small batch manufacturers in Toronto, many Purest Form pieces are produced right in our designer Tanya's home studio! No matter where our styles are made (in studio or at our manufacturing partners), ethical production is on our hearts. It is so important that we keep as much of our business as local as possible in order to support our local economy, reduce our carbon footprint, and ensure that ethical working conditions as well as livable wages are provided to those who make our clothing.
The item I want is sold out, will it be restocked?

Some of our most popular styles sell out quite quickly and when this is the case we do our best to reach out to our suppliers and manufacturers to secure a restock if at all possible. If there is a specific style you are hoping to see restocked, click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page. Part of our core values is a commitment to never over-produce clothing so that we don't contribute to the overwhelming amount of waste produced by the fashion industry. Producing our styles in small batches allows us to respond more quickly to ensure that we can make more of what you love as soon as we know how much you love it.
How can I exchange my item?

We are not able to process direct exchanges. If you need a new size or color, you may place a new order at purestform.ca and e-mail us at contact@purestform.ca to process your the return for the original item.
