Purest Form is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $99 before taxes & free returns on all eligible Canadian orders.* Shipping for orders under $99 is a flat rate of $9.

Expedited shipping is available for most addresses within Canada at an additional cost. Please note that delivery to rural areas may require an additional business day. At checkout you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Different shipping methods are available depending on the location to which the items will be delivered. Please note that some items may only offer one shipping method. Your order total will adjust according to your selected shipping method.

Return & Exchange Policy
Canada
​
For purchases made before January 26th, 2024, Purest Form accepts returns of unused, unworn clothing with original hangtags and packaging attached within 30 days of your receipt of your order. For purchases made on or after January 26th, 2024, all items are final sale as part of our store closing sale. Items returned with makeup stains or damage of any kind will not be refunded and will not be sent back to the customer. Customized items, accessories, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable and no exceptions will be made. Returning eligible items by mail is free, just let us know what you're returning and we'll send you a return label.

USA & All Other Countries

For international customers with purchases made before January 26th, 2024, we accept returns of unused, unworn clothing with original hangtags and packaging attached within 30 days of your receipt of your order. For international customers with purchases made on or after January 26th, 2024, all items are final sale as part of our store closing sale. Customer must pay return shipping for international orders. We suggest US customers choose USPS for return shipping to avoid additional importing brokerage fees. Items returned with makeup stains or damage of any kind will not be refunded and will not be sent back to the customer. Customized items, accessories, clearance items and gift cards are non-refundable and no exceptions will be made.

Exchanges
​
We are not able to process direct exchanges. If you need a new size or color, you may place a new order at purestform.ca and e-mail us at contact@purestform.ca to process your the return for the original item.
