Purest Form is pleased to offer free shipping & returns on all Canadian orders over $100 in value before taxes.*

Priority shipping is available for most addresses within Canada at an additional cost. Please note that delivery to rural areas may require an additional business day. At checkout you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Different shipping methods are available depending on the location to which the items will be delivered. Please note that some items may only offer one shipping method. Your order total will adjust according to your selected shipping method.

USA
Due to the current political climate and recent changes to tariffs imposed by the USA, Purest Form is no longer able to offer free shipping on all American orders over $100 in value before taxes. A flat rate shipping option is now available to accommodate the cost of using couriers such as FedEx and UPS instead of Canada Post*

For international customers, we offer a flat rate of $24 CAD for standard shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
Canada
​
Purest Form accepts returns of unused, unworn clothing with original hangtags and packaging attached within 30 days of your receipt of your order. Items returned with makeup stains or damage of any kind will not be refunded and will not be sent back to the customer. Customized items, accessories, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable. Gift purchases made between November 1st and December 24th may be returned until January 31st or 60 days from date of purchase (whichever is greater). Returning eligible items by mail is free for orders valued over $100 before taxes, just let us know what you're returning and we'll send you a return label.​ For orders valued under $100 before taxes, customers must pay return shipping. Purest Form is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the return process.

USA & All Other Countries
​
For international customers, we accept returns of unused, unworn clothing with original hangtags and packaging attached within 30 days of your receipt of your order. Customer must pay return shipping for international orders. We suggest US customers choose USPS for return shipping to avoid additional importing brokerage fees. Items returned with makeup stains or damage of any kind will not be refunded and will not be sent back to the customer. Exchanges

We are not able to process direct exchanges. If you need a new size or color, you may place a new order at purestform.ca and e-mail us at contact@purestform.ca to process your the return for the original item.
